Question

Where do we park for the ceremony?

Answer

Follow the sign for the park’s amphitheater. There is a large parking lot on the right. It is a short walk to the water.

What is the attire?

Answer

Dress casual. Please check the weather for the ceremony as it will be outside as long as it is not raining. We are in the grass - choose appropriate footwear.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is in the upper level of the new barn. When you leave the parking lot by the pond, take a left at the stop sign. You will pass the barn on your right, please try to leave a few parking spots for the wedding party. There is another event in the lower level of the barn this day. However, restrooms are public on either level. You can take the stairs OR the elevator to get to the upper level of the barn.

Can we take pictures?

Answer

Yes. However, our photographer has specifically requested NO FLASH photography and to kindly be mindful of his location so as not to create a skewed wedding photo for the Bride and Groom.

Is seating traditional for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No. For the ceremony, we ask that you fill in from the front first. There will be a few seats reserved for family. For the reception, the front 2 tables are reserved for immediate family. Everyone may sit anywhere they would like other than these 2 tables.

Can I sit in the first 2 rows at the ceremony?

Answer

Please reserve the first 2 rows at the ceremony for family. Thank you.

Where do we sit at the barn? Is seating assigned?

Answer

The only seating that is reserved is the head table and the first full row of seating at the barn. There will be place cards out of seating is reserved. The tables that are reserved will be tables 1-4. All other seating is first come, first serve.
