A Destiny Meant to Be

Dec. 2014

Nick and I first meet in Bedford Virginia where I was working at the time. Ironically, he was home from college for the weekend and was dropping his Aunt Shelia off at work who recently broke her ankle. When I first set my eyes on him, I was like “umm Shelia ? Who is that?" She said “oh, that’s just Nick!” I said “just Nick!” I was so confused as to why I never knew she had a fine nephew named Nick that just so happen to pop up out of nowhere. Long story short , she convinced me to write him on Facebook and congratulate him on graduating college. Again, ironically lol, he moved back to Lynchburg that weekend I reached out. We ended up linking up and the rest is history . We both just got out of serious relationships and God knew we needed each other. God put us together at the perfect time in our lives and I couldn't be anymore grateful for that. Now here we stand today. I'm still head over hills for him as I was the very day I meet him ;)

His Story

Dec. 2014

I met Tonya a week before I came home from college at her job in Bedford. It just so happened that my Aunt Shelia was Tonya's coworker and needed a ride to work one night. I saw Tonya in the dark and that voice in my head told me that I had to open my mouth and say something so the first thing that came to mind was to comment on the Jordan 10s that she had on. "You're wearing my favorite shoes," I said, trying to sound as confident as possible. She said thank you and kept it moving and I was already plotting on how to make my way back up there to see her again. So I quickly volunteered to take my Aunt Shelia back to work the next day and made sure that I made myself known this time and the rest is history......
