Tony and Vivian met during the summer of 2021 amid the pandemic and turned a difficult time into a joyous one. If not for the pandemic, there is a chance we might not be celebrating here today. Vivian was planning to return to China while Tony was playing Call of Duty. Thanks to travel restrictions, they had more time to get to know each other and fall for one another. Their journey is rather unique, which led to doing a few things out of order. With the world turned upside down and no promises of tomorrow, Tony and Vivian got married in a small and socially distant family ceremony the following year. As border restrictions were lifted, they traveled to China where Tony met Vivian's family for the first time and held a ceremony there as well. Today, we celebrate with those in the US in a long overdue reception.
