My Dad had a group of friends/colleagues while working at Westfield Inc. in 1993 and they called my father (God Father). They would always hit on me, but my dad was not having it. One day my dad made the statement I have someone I want you to meet, he will be time enough for you. My dad held one of the many Happy Hours at our home. This time when my dad had the Happy Hour, he had an much younger man with the crew. My dad made the statement 'My daughter is off limits to you other ninjas, but Tony can date my daughter". I entered the living room and Tony was the quietist individual in the group. He sat on the sofa with a baseball cap pulled over his eyes. My dad introduced me to tony, he raised his chin and looked into my eyes and spoke. One of the other guys in the crew made the statement “He is shy”. I then said, “he has no need to be shy, because he is cute’. We exchanged numbers and the rest is history. Tony proposed in 1995 and I said “Yes” but we were really young and I knew we wasn’t ready. We had two sons together Denzel (1996) and De'Quan /1998). We have always loved each other no matter what happened, during our trials and tribulations and we made it through and We have had more good memories then bad and that is why we are going to spend the rest of our lives together. On December 24, 2017 @ 7:00 PM Tony Ray Bryant got down on one knee and proposed to me and I said YES!!! We are officially engaged!!! After 25 years it is our time to make this bond, we have official God knew what was right for us. We Thank God and my dad for introducing us to each other. R.I.P Daddy (Ronald Gilbert Tolson)
