How do I get to the Ranch at San Patricio from Calallen (5 Points shopping center)?

Answer

From 624 (Northwest Blvd) head west toward Bluntzer/Orange Grove for 9.8 miles. At Bluntzer, turn right at FM 666 N (S Main St.). Travel 3.8 miles then turn right on McGloin St. (CR 1740). Travel .6 miles and the Ranch at San Patricio will be on the right. Photo of map card can be found under photos. Once in the venue, look for signs with our names or Spanish Moss venue.

How do I get to the Ranch at San Patricio from 37 S (San Antonio)?

Answer

From 37 S take exit 31 (Sinton/Rockport) and merge onto I 37 Frontage Rd. and travel .1 miles to CR 1136 and turn right. Travel 1.2 miles then turn left onto N Main St. (FM 666). Travel 6.9 miles them turn left onto McGloin St. (CR 1740). Travel .6 miles and the Ranch at San Patricio will be on your right. Photo of map card can be found under photos. Once in the venue, look for signs with our names or Spanish Moss venue.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

September 18, 2020 We ask that all guest to RSVP with an accept or decline so we can ensure we are following state guidelines and do not exceed. However, in the event you had accepted the invitation and are no longer able to make it, your RSVP can be changed on this website.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limitations on the number of guest able to attend, we ask only invitees on the invitations to attend.

Are children invited?

Answer

Check your invitation. If it says “and family” then yes your children are invited. If you cannot find one of your child's names on the RSVP list, please let us know so we can add them to the guest list and keep and accurate count of attendees. If you are uncomfortable with your children attending or would just like an adult night out, we understand if they do not attend and give them hugs and kisses for us.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is expected to start on time at 6:00 pm. We ask guest to arrive at 5:30.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a photographer and videographer. We ask for no photos to be taken while wedding party is walking down the aisle or when photographer or videographer are capturing the guests or in your direction. We are trying to prevent our photographer from capturing cell phones instead of faces. Otherwise, we appreciate your desire to capture the moment and ask you could share your photos with us. We do ask for all cell phones to be silented during ceremony. Photos taken at reception are welcome.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking. Ceremony and reception sites are walking distance so there is no need to move your vehicle once parked. We request household members to ride together to reduce parking.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, with our guest coming from several different directions, we will not be providing transportation options. Please utilize a ride share company if you prefer not to drive to or from our wedding.

Food! We all love food. Tell me more...

Answer

Our food is being catered by P.O.E.T.S. who will be safely preparing and serving our guests and wearing masks. We will ask you to use sanitizer at the food station prior to interacting with our caterers. All guests must wear their masks while in the food line and while being served by our caterers.

Will the reception be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

There will be limited draught beer available while it lasts. Bottle beer, wine, liqour, and sodas available for purchase. Drive safe, plan a sober ride ahead of time.

What precautions and mask requirement are being taken?

Answer

Please bring your masks with you as it will be required for all the following: 1) while approaching and ordering from the food caterers, 2) while approaching and ordering from the bar, 3) while using the restroom, 4) while seated at the ceremony, 5) while interacting with other vendors such as dj and photo booth attendant, and 6) while interacting with other guest who are immunocompromised or at higher risk. We require the sanitizer provided to be used at the following stations: 1) at the entrance of the food station, 2) at the entrance of the cake table, 3) prior to any exchange of money and drinks at the bar, 4) before viewing and signing our guest photobook, 5) when needed at your guest table, and 6) before entering photobooth and touching props. Hand soap will be in found in the restrooms. Please wash for the full recommended 20 seconds. Please be mindful of others around you who are not in your household.

We do not have any hotel blocks reserved so the choice of lodging is yours. Here is a list of hotels nearby.
