What's the Schedule and when will we know full details?

SNEAK PEAK: Schedule looks like this...... Ceremony-Church in San Dimas @ 12pm Intermission-1:30pm-4:45pm (Check into hotels-freshen up-grab a small bite-mingle near by with family or friends-arrange care for small children-attend to pets. Reception-Hotel-Outdoors- in Arcadia @5pm cocktail hour 6pm-11pm Dinner & Party. Full details will be visible in May once you have confirmed you Final RSVP and picked your meal choice. You will receive an email or text with a link to this website once more where a schedule page will appear in the menu bar.

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Answer

Our Church ceremony has enough space for all of our loved ones! We welcome all children and plus ones for our special moment at the ceremony. However, the reception will be adults only with the exception of our bridal party children. Due to limited space, the reception is a strict invite guest list. If you have new infants that require your full care, please don't hesitate to ask for an exception. I am more than willing to accommodate.

How do I RSVP? Can I update if plans change?

Answer

Yes, you can update your RSVP status here. There are two RSVP's. One is for the Ceremony and the other is for the reception. We want to Kindly remind our guests that the reception has limited space and is invite only. If you receive an RSVP for both, please RSVP online here with this website link.

Is there parking at the venue? Is valet available?

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Open bar will be for a limited time. If you would like to take advantage, be sure to be first at cocktail hour. When the open bar closes, the hotel bar will be open until 10pm.

Registry and Gifts?

Answer

At the moment we do not have the space to accommodate or receive physical gifts. We please ask that if you would like to bring a gift, it may be in the form of a gift card or you can simply check out our registry here on this website. You can contribute any amount to our honeymoon plans or first home.

Photography during the Ceremony and Reception

Answer

We welcome all photos and videos. Please be sure to not get in the way of any of our professional photographers and videographers. We will have a QR code for everyone to connect to and upload all their photos from the wedding. We would love to see your point of view and can't wait!
