Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, February 9, 2020 so we can let our vendors know a final head count.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. As a friendly reminder, we will be in the grass for the majority of events and suggest not wearing pointed high heels.

Are kids welcome at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We’re arranging for a few babysitters to be available that night. Please reach out to bowersbride@gmail.com with the kids names and ages if you'd like to be put in touch with a sitter.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Your wedding is in the middle of nowhere! Will there be transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! FOR SATURDAY ONLY. We have arranged for two coach buses to transport our guests to Sunny Acres from The Grande at Reunion Resort & Hotel. The buses will be leaving The Grande (7593 Gathering Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34747) promptly at 4:00 pm to allow for plenty of time to make the 5:00 pm ceremony. There will be two return trips from Sunny Acres to The Grande, one at 10:00pm and one at 11:45pm. Other transportation options include Uber, Lyft, and your own transportation. Uber/Lyft may be sparse due to the location of the venue so you may want to schedule a trip with them if you are planning to utilize that service. There is also plenty of parking available at the venue and you can leave a car overnight as needed as we are staying at the venue for the weekend.
