Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate additional guests and politely request that only the people listed on the invitation be in attendance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Regretfully, we can only accommodate the children of immediate family and closest friends that are listed on the invitation. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the venue which is 15 minutes away into town.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2022, by clicking on the RSVP link and following the instructions. The RSVP link will automatically be deactivated after that time. If we don't receive an RSVP that you'll be attending, we won't be able to accommodate you if you show up.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive at 5:00 pm which is an hour before the ceremony begins at 6:00 pm. If you arrive late, you will not be able to enter the ceremonial area until after the wedding processional has ended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free in the Black Street Parking Lot. Once you park your car, there's a walkway that leads you to Main Street for The Crystal Ballroom entrance. (there's a link for directions to the parking lot on the ceremony and reception tab).

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Are there safety measures in place for COVID 19?

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, in addition to being compliant with the COVID safety rules in our area, we will be providing masks and hand sanitizers for you to use at your discretion and convenience.
