Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kendall Billings and Tony Stifter
There is always something to do in Nashville, whether it be exploring a new neighborhood, checking out a street fair, or stopping by a songwriters round. For up to date information on events or restaurants check out Nashville Guru or Do615.

Honky Tonks on Lower Broadway

Nashville, TN 37203

Everyone has to experience Broadway at least once in their life. Tootsies iconic purple exterior makes it a popular stop. A tip to avoid a line is to check and see if the back alley entrance is open. Honky Tonk Central is the bar where we met! Visit the Wildhorse Saloon for line dance lessons. (Under 21 allowed until 10 pm) If you're looking for a rooftop with great views, thats easy to find: George Jones, AMCE, and the Underground. (Also LA Jackson which is in the Gulch but has an amazing skyline view.)

Downtown Franklin

Franklin, Tennessee 37064

If you're looking to experience a quintessential "Main Street USA" then head about 14 miles to south to Franklin, TN. Between browsing the downtown area or touring historic battlefields, it is a great place to spend an afternoon.

Hiking

If you're looking to get outdoors and explore the beauty of Tennessee, here are a few of our favorite options. Percy Priest Lake ( where we got engaged!) Radnor Lake: a quick/easy walk around the Lake is only about 2 miles. It is also close to the venue! Percy and Edwin Warner Parks: Over 3000 acres and only minutes from downtown, there are plenty of trails to explore

12 South

Nashville, TN

One of Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods, 12South has emerged as the perfect one-stop destination to live, eat, drink, play, and socialize. Stylish shops, beautifully-restored homes, charming coffee shops, and a wide array of dining options are all within walking distance. If you're interested in a cozy tap room head over to The Filling Station, Tony's favorite place in 12 South to hangout and enjoy a beer or two with friends and locals. Located right around the corner of Edley's BBQ
