Flight
Please send us your flight itineraries. We will do our best to pick everyone up from the airport and shuttle you to the hotel. We recommend flying into LaGuardia Airport, JFK Airport, or Newark Airport.
Travel Note
For each of our events, we will have taxis reserved to transport everyone to and from the hotel. There will be a designated pick-up time at the hotel lobby. If you are out exploring the city and are unable to make it to the pickup, you're welcome to use public transportation or request a taxi from the Lyft/Uber app using your phone.
Hotel
If you're coming from out of state, you're all set! We've taken care of a two-night reservation for you. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM on Friday May 9th Checkout is before 12:00 PM on Sunday May 11th If you're planning to arrive before the 3:00 PM check-in time or depart after the 12:00 PM checkout, luggage storage can be arranged through the front desk. If you'd like to extend your stay in New York, let us know as early as possible how many extra nights you'd like, and we'll be happy to help extend your reservation. Room rates will remain at the discounted rate for up to three additional nights beyond the original checkout date, pending availability, so please reach out soon if you're considering a longer stay.
