FAQs

Question

Can I bring my firearm?

Answer

Due to strict venue regulations, we kindly ask that guests do not bring firearms to the celebration. Please note that the presence of any firearms on the premises will result in the immediate cancellation of the wedding.

Question

Will the wedding start on time?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Doors will open at 4:00 pm and close at 4:45 pm for the duration of the ceremony. Guests arriving after the doors have closed will be welcomed to join us for cocktail hour and the reception once the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Where is parking?

Answer

Parking is available along E. Main Street. Additional parking lots can be found behind the venue on E. Black Street.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate every guest having a plus one. You can bring a plus one if your invite explicitly states an additional person. Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Question

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will capture all the highlights, and we will share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Question

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

We understand that plans can change. If your attendance status changes before August 1, please simply update your RSVP—we’ll be automatically notified. After August 1, we kindly ask that you reach out directly to Katina or Tony. Our vendor requires a confirmed guest count by that date, and we are charged based on that final number, regardless of whether guests attend. If you are no longer able to attend, letting us know gives us the chance to invite someone from our waitlist. If you are now able to attend, but had previously declined, we may be able to accommodate you if another guest changes their plans after the deadline. Thank you so much for your understanding and for keeping us updated on your attendance.

Question

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at a couple of hotels nearby. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking link on the travel section of this website. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations.
