What time and where are the buses loading to take guests to the venue?

Answer

Two school buses will be picking up outside of the Hampton Inn and Suites. The first will be leaving at 4pm and the second will be leaving at 4:15pm. We highly encourage you to be on time for these shuttles, as it is a 35 minute drive to the venue, and we don't want you to miss the ceremony!

Here is the schedule for buses departing from the venue: Bus 1 - Departs at 8pm Bus 2 - Departs at 9pm Bus 1 - Departs at 9:30pm Bus 2 - Departs at 11pm Bus 1 - Departs at 11pm

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So our ceremony and reception is adults-only. If you are interested in bringing the family to Charlottesville for the weekend, but you are looking for childcare for the ceremony and reception, we highly recommend the Local Nanny Network. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but we do encourage you to use the shuttles, especially if you are enjoying the open bar. The roads are dark, winding, and partially paved and cell services is spotty at best. We will be very sad if you get lost. In the event that you drive to the ceremony and decide to use the shuttles at the end of the night, that is fine! You can pick your vehicle up the next day.
