A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at the Hilton Pearl River on Friday, August 21, 2026 and Saturday, August 22, 2026. To reserve a room within the block, please use our group code when booking or visit the booking link provided below. Rooms must be reserved by cut-off date of July 29, 2026. Because our wedding starts at 11am, for guests only staying over on 8/22/2026, check-in will be available AFTER the wedding. Guests having to check-in after the wedding are more than welcome by the hotel to still park their car in the hotel parking lot and take the shuttle over to the venue, as they are still considered guests of the hotel for that entire day! The hotel is aware that guests may be checking-in after the wedding around 5:30pm or later.

Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided to transport Hilton Pearl River hotel guests to and from The Estate at Florentine Gardens. Shuttle schedule will be available two weeks before the wedding! Please visit 'Shuttle Information' tab for more details.
