On average, Las Vegas experiences pleasant, dry weather in November. Historically, the average temperature for November 9th in Las Vegas is around 64°. Please note, the ceremony will be outdoors (approx. 30-45 min) but the reception will be held indoors.
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've included a list of several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!
Depending on where you decide to book accommodations, you may choose to drive to the venue or book a rideshare or cab. There is plenty of parking space for those who choose to drive.
We love children and appreciate their presence, but for this occasion, we’re only welcoming children of immediate family members or those we've already been informed about. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange for childcare for the evening. Guests will be allowed to entered as early as 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that all guests plan to arrive and be seated prior to the start of the ceremony. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded.
There will be no assigned sides during the ceremony, so feel free to sit wherever you'd like. We do ask that you leave the first couple rows available for immediate family. Reception seating will be assigned per table. Please look for the seating chart inside the program that will be provided at the ceremony.
The reception will end promptly at 9:30pm and all guests will be required to depart at that time.
Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm with light bites provided. Dinner will begin around 6:00pm
We’re only able to accommodate the +1's that have already been included in the invitations. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to add any additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We ask that all RSVP's be submitted no later than Friday, September 12, 2025.
When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies that we should be aware of.
An open bar will be available during the reception. This will include select wine, beer and liquor. However, shots of liquor are not included in the open bar but can still be requested and purchased individually.
Cocktail attire is requested. Cocktail attire for men typically involves a suit (with or without a tie) or a blazer with dress pants, while women can choose from knee-length or midi dresses, stylish jumpsuits, or elegant skirts and blouses. The dress code is semi-formal, requiring more elegance than everyday wear but less formal than black tie. Please don't overthink it as we want everyone to feel comfortable but look their best!

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony
