When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is preferable to arrive 30 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony to ensure we get everyone parked and settled in their seats before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is beach attire. "Ya look great, kid. Ya look sensational." -Scuttle

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Per the guest limit at our venue, we will not be able to have children attend. If you are traveling with your children to our wedding, we have coordinated with a hotel and a licensed local nanny service to provide childcare during the event. Please indicate on your RSVP card if you will be needing childcare. Also, we joyously welcome your children to the post-wedding brunch the following morning. Don't hesitate to let us know how we can further help.

Do you guys want a wedding gift?

Answer

We are so happy you'll be able to join us for our wedding! As many of you know, we're moving into an apartment and we already have all the things to make it a home. While the presence of your company is the only gift we could ever ask for, an alternative registry has been set up here for those who have expressed an interest in offering a gift to mark the occasion under the "Registry" tab of this website!

Yes! We have a hotel room block at the following hotels. In order to take advantage of the discounted group rate, you must book your room(s) by August 1, 2019. • • • •

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have passed appetizers, a full open bar, as well as a 3-course meal, wedding cake, and desserts. Our main goal is to get you stuffed!

How do I contact you if I have other questions?

Do I have to mail my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

A great question! With modern technology, who needs to use the snail mail anymore? You will have the option of mailing in your RSVP or RSVP-ing right through this website under the "Schedule" tab.

Are there any colors you would prefer for me not to wear?

Answer

WHITE.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony at our wedding. While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones, cameras, etc. to document the day (plus your awesome outfit and fabulous dance moves), we politely ask that all devices be turned off during the ceremony. Once we receive the professional images from our photographer after the wedding, we will be happy to send them to you!

Will there be an open bar all night?

Answer

We will be offering a full bar selection of cocktails, beer, and wine until 10pm, at which point the bar will turn over into a cash bar.

If I don't RSVP, can I still come to the ceremony/reception for the wedding?

Answer

No, a RSVP is required. Due to limitations for reception meals, accommodations will not be made for anyone that did not RSVP. This is strictly enforced.

What should I do in the event I/we can't make it?

Answer

As soon as your know your plans have changed and/or you are unable to attend, please contact us! That way we can make the necessary changes as everyone is accounted for the catering.

Do I/we have to stay at the hotel recommended?

Answer

No, you do not. You are free to choose any hotel. This one was chosen for it's convenience to the ceremony and reception location. However, you will not receive the discounted rate at another hotel as we have only blocked rooms at the group rate at this hotel.
