Amanda and Tony first met in 2018 when their dads introduced them at church. Amanda immediately thought Tony was handsome, and Tony admired her from the start, though he kept his distance since he was being mentored by her father for the fire service. Over the years, their paths continued to cross. Their dads worked together, Amanda’s dad continued to mentor Tony, and Tony’s parents often photographed events Amanda attended. Somehow, they were always just one step away. In April 2024, with a little encouragement from his parents, Tony finally sent Amanda a message on Instagram and that one message quickly turned into forever. Amanda fell for Tony’s steady love and the way he became her safe place. Tony found his home in Amanda and, with her, discovered the meaning of love. Looking back, it seems the pieces had been falling into place all along. Years earlier, Tony’s dad had even photographed Amanda’s childhood dance team and labeled one picture “Amanda Apodaca,” not knowing what the future would hold. Now those invisible strings have brought them here. Amanda and Tony have been inseparable ever since, walking hand in hand with Jesus at the center. They are so excited to begin this new chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
