To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 1st , 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guest who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. Your invitation will be made out to "[ Your Name] & [Guest Name]" if a plus one has been given. For Families, your invitation will be labeled "[Last Name] Family" to include yourself, spouse, and any children.
We are kindly requesting an "unplugged ceremony" meaning we are asking you to put all phones and cameras away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony . Please don't have any phones in the aisle as bride is walking down. We have hired a professional photographer beyond thrilled to be capturing these special moments for us and would hate for a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment from being captured. Our officiant will provide a period of time for everyone to take photos/videos while we are at the alter, but again we do encourage all guest to enjoy the moment, in the moment.
