The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:30 or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.
If you recieved a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!
Attire is semi-formal, if you have any other questions about attire please take a look at the attire tab on the website. Please avoid wearing white or cream colors. Feel free to reach out to the bride and groom if you have any further questions on attire!
Yes! there is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests. Please note it will be a $50 charge if your car is left overnight.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at the same venue, The Barn at Twin Ponds!
The ceremony are will be held outside underneath a nicely shaded oak tree. The cocktail hour will be held outside as well and will have umbrellas for shade. Reception will be held inside the barn with AC.
YES! It will be an open bar with 3 specialty cocktails, as well as beer!
We will be supplying the alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
There will be a dedicated area for smoking and vaping outside. There is no open flames allowed inside the barn at all, and per venue regulations no weed is allowed at the venue at all. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
