WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

We spent Christmas in Fort Lauderdale enjoying the beach, one of the many things we enjoy together. I always take a couple shells home from every beach vacation, I realized on our last day there I had not walked the beach yet. Keith told me we would come back after dinner and walk the beach. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the quaint café we found during our last visit then afterwards made our way to the beach. It was dark by this point so I was carefully walking the beach using my phone flashlight. After about 10 minutes we walked back to the strip. Keith snuck up behind me to give me a hug; I reached behind me securing my arms around his neck. At which point he said I "knocked off his glasses and the lens popped out". I began searching the sand for his lens when he grabbed my hand to get my attention. It was at this point I realized what was happening! All I remember is him on one knee in the sand asking if I would marry him. The world around me froze. I know there was a whole sweet speech I missed, I did ask for a replay later. Fun Fact: he proposed on the beach as it had special meaning- we had out first vacation and formal date at the beach. <3

After proposing he told me there was a surprise to share. I was not sure how much more my heart could take, he made it a big one! He told me that he already had our wedding set for a date and location. That's when I learned of our 02.22.22 nuptials in Vegas at ARIA! Talk about being a man of action! LOL
