We met in class while pursing MBA degrees. We had two classes together and we had to form groups for a project on the first class. Andres leaned over and asked Tonya if she wanted to be in his group...and did not ask the other students in between them. We went from study group, to friends, and then to dating that semester.

We took a cruise together with Tonya's cousins. The first night we had a romantic dinner at the steakhouse then went to sing karaoke. We sang Summer Nights on stage and at the end Andres dropped to one knee and asked Tonya to marry him. She of course said yes!
