There will be parking at The Biltwell Event Center! You may leave your vehicle overnight as well.
We love your families and little ones, but we have decided to host an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the Biltwell Event Center. We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal or formal attire. Since we know February weather can be chilly, a coat closet will be available for you to comfortably store your outerwear during the celebration.
Yes! Dinner, drinks, and dessert will be provided. Alcoholic beverages besides beer and wine may be purchased as well. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in (4:00p.m. - 4:15 p.m.)
We are currently working on reserving a hotel room block and will have that information posted for you as soon as possible!
