What is the dress code?

Answer

You can pick any beach, semi-formal attire that’s a color/shade of brown on this list, or close to it. Just make sure it is a solid color. :) Croissant, tan, taupe, sand, khaki, gold, rose gold, copper, bronze, brown, caramel, camel, coffee, tawny, chocolate, mustard, ginger, mocha, cinnamon, sienna, sepia, rust, russet, burgundy, maroon, burnt orange, ochre Footwear is up to the wearer's discretion. All wedding festivities will be taking place on wood or cement. We just kindly ask for no flip flops. Thank you!

Why is there a color scheme?

Answer

We are not having traditional wedding parties stand by our sides, but instead want everyone to feel like they’re part of one. We wanted to leave room for individual styles, so having everyone wear just one color or shade seemed too restrictive. We decided different shades of brown and colors close to it would showcase our diversity and beauty while still presenting a coordinated look.

Do I have to stay at Beaches Resort?

Answer

You do not! There are plenty of other resorts and hotels to stay at. Please reach out to us if you need help with arranging your stay. However, you will need a negative covid test 24 hours prior to the wedding for entrance into the resort- we will pay and schedule a test for you as well as your day pass into the resort for the wedding. **UPDATE** Covid tests are no longer required for entrance into the resort.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will be outdoors. The ceremony will take place on the boardwalk, over the ocean, and the rest of the wedding festivities will take place on cemented ground. For more details regarding the ceremony and reception, please go to the "Schedule" tab.

Question

How can I get from the airport to Beaches?

Answer

Rides to and from the resort and airport can be arranged by calling the front desk, free of charge. We recommend flying through Montego Bay (MBJ) Airport.

Question

How long may I stay on the resort with my pass into Beaches?

Answer

Wedding guests staying off location may enter the resort 1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony and must depart within 1 hour after the reception.
