If you're looking to stay local, here are a few places we recommend. Though the drive to Fort Worth would be "worth" it.

Good food and good atmosphere. They're homemade potato chips and house made ranch are pretty great.

Grumps Burgers

This food is delicious and they have reasonably priced cocktails. If you stay in town, they offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The Break Room Brewing Company - Cleburne

Chicago transplants; this Italian couple runs a legit mom and pop Italian restaurant. Highly recommended by the Italian half of this couple.
