Tampa International Airport (TPA) should have flights that accommodate all guests and is definitely your best bet. Avelo airlines also flies out of Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN). Other smaller airports nearby are St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)

Uber and Lyft are very accessible in the area and can be used for transportation to and from the airport, and any other activities you plan on doing during your stay. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue on October 11, if you are staying at the hotel.
