When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. To ensure an accurate guest count for vendors, we ask that you kindly RSVP by December 14th, 2026. We’d love to have you there to celebrate with us, however, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date you will be marked as “not attending” and not included in the final count for the venue.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at 4:30 PM to ensure you have time to park your car, arrive to the ceremony location, and take your seat prior to the ceremony beginning. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 in the afternoon. We kindly ask guests who arrive earlier than 4:30 PM to wait to enter the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding is an “Adult-Only” celebration. We love your kiddos but kindly ask they sit this one out so mom and dad can celebrate with us and enjoy a date night :)

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding is formal. For ladies this means tea length or ankle length dresses or jump suits. For the gents, pull out that suit!

Are there any attire colors guests should avoid wearing?
Answer
The wedding party will be in green, kindly avoid this color. Guests are kindly asked to avoid wearing white or similar light shades that will photograph as such (ivory, cream, champagne).

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones/cameras at the wedding?
Answer
Yes, please! However, please avoid doing so during the ceremony to avoid having phones in the professional photos/videos. Should you take pictures after the ceremony and post them please use the hashtag #LedesmaInLove so we can easily find them :)

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, as well as, cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Cars can be left at the venue over night, but must be picked up the next morning at 9:00 AM. We highly suggest UBER/LYFT for transportation.

There is plenty of on-site parking at the venue.

Where should we stay?
Answer
Please refer to the travel section tab of our website for hotel suggestions! There are only a few hotels within 15 minutes of the venue. There is a multitude of hotel options within 30 minutes. I have taken the time to research some options and provided them under “TRAVEL”.

Where is the closest airport?
Answer
Our venue is in the Orlando area (about 25 minutes from the Universal theme parks). The closest airport is MCO in Orlando.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, you may use the link in the registry tab on our website, or a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with all of you and thank you for your love and support in this new chapter of our lives. As we plan for our future together, we’ve decided to forgo a traditional registry and instead we humbly ask for contributions towards honeymoon experiences instead. This will allow us to create a truly unforgettable experience that we will cherish for years to come. You can find our Honey Fund registry here on our wedding website.
