It's Happening!

Toni and Marty met in class in August of 2018 after they were put in a group together that was based on a personality test. Apparently they were well suited to work together in a group (it must have been right because they both got A's). After the class ended, they went on their first date to Kroll's, unfortunately, the "incident" happened. Neither Toni nor Marty's retelling matches, but somehow, a strawberry milkshake was spilled upon Toni's lap. Either way, it worked out well and a second date happened, and then a third, and as they say, "the rest is history!"

Marty planned to propose to Toni on March 14th of 2020 on the Pine Hill where they had shared their first "I love you's." Unfortunately, there was too much snow, and so it happened in the car. Also, Marty struggled to get the ring out of his pocket, but managed not to lose it; overall, it was very on-brand. Unfortunately, two days later, the state shut down (unrelated). Plus side, there was plenty of time for wedding planning in lockdown, and they can add "survive a global pandemic" to their couple's achievements.
