Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Attire: Western Flair We encourage you to embrace a fun, western-inspired look. Think casual yet stylish—denim is more than welcome. Feel free to wear your favorite flowy dresses or blue jeans, paired with cowboy boots or a cowboy hat to complete your look. There will be light bites in addition to wine & beer.

Wedding Night

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Colorful Cocktail Attire: Have fun with colors and prints! Women are welcome to choose any dress length—long, midi, or short. As the ceremony and reception will be on grass, we recommend wedges or block heels for comfort. We kindly ask that cowboy hats be left at home for this special occasion.

Day-After Celebration by the Swan River

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Come join us the day after the wedding for a fun-filled afternoon by the river! Doug and Veronica have graciously opened their home again, giving us the perfect spot to unwind together in the beautiful Montana outdoors. Feel free to pop in for a bit or hang out all afternoon, whatever works best for you

What to bring: A swimsuit, cover-up, hat, sunscreen, towel, and anything else to add to the fun like your favorite game or a floatie. Attire: Completely casual. Just come comfortable and ready to enjoy a beautiful Montana day. Food & Drinks: Lunch will be served around 1:00–1:30 PM. We’re still finalizing the menu but expect something like sandwiches or burgers. Self-serve drinks will be available throughout the afternoon to keep you refreshed.
