We're Getting Married!

Matthew and Brittany first met while on a blind date set up by their mutual friend Elias (our wedding officiant). Britt chose the Sunset Cantina as their first date. She was running fashionably late. It must have been worth it, because Matt's jaw dropped to floor from the moment he saw her. The date was going really well. Until, Matt had to excuse himself to go to the bathroom. He was gone for 40 minutes! Little did Britt know at that time. Matt was choking in the bathroom on a piece of food that got stuck in his throat. Most people would have left, thinking they had gotten stood up. Not Britt, she waited for him. Now, Britt gets to tell everyone about Matt choking on their first date...literally! He did come back eventually. Matt and Britt ended up staying at that restaurant until they closed at 2AM! The restaurant staff had to politely kick them out. They ended up talking to each other at that restaurant for a whooping 6 hours! Now, they have been together for 11 years. Here's hoping for many more, cheers!
