What days should I be there?

That is totally up to you! The resort requires a 4 night minimum. We have two events, the welcome catamaran on Friday(optional) and the wedding on Saturday. Other than that we hope you enjoy your vacation no matter how many days you pick!

Can you explain the transfers?

Answer

There are two options for transfers, Private or shared. Private is a personal transfer from the airport to the resort. It is a max of 7 people, that costs $138 per vehicle round trip. You are more than welcome to 'buddy up' and reduce your transfer costs with other guests! Shared is a larger van or bus that takes multiple people to multiple resorts. This option is $41 per person. Please note the private transfer $138 is PER VEHICLE, shared is $41 PER PERSON.

What should I expect traveling through the Cancun airport?

Answer

The airport can be very busy. After deboarding, you will go through immigration, you will need your passport. After immigration you pick up any checked baggage and go through customs(search your items for contraband). Some people may not have their bags searched, it is at random. Then as you exit, there are timeshare representatives and taxi drivers inside and outside the airport, ignore them. As you exit and go right, you will see many shuttle companies. You are looking for Lomas Travel Transfers. Their uniform is ______.

Will I have Cellphone service?

Most carriers include Mexico free of charge, but you will have to clarify with your phone carrier.

Should I get travel Insurance?

Up to you! The travel agency offers travel insurance or you can go with another company.
