No later than July 1st.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm, so please arrive by 4:45 pm to grab your seat.
We are requesting that our guests dress in formal attire. Mid to full length dresses (the ceremony will be on the lawn, so a block heel may be best) and suit and ties.
Our wedding guests are by RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This is an adult only occasion so please plan ahead. The only kids in attendance will be those in the wedding party.

We recommend booking as soon as possible! We have a limited number of rooms in our hotel blocks and Labor Day weekend in Newport can get busy.
Newport is absolutely beautiful this time of year and, as with any holiday weekend, you can expect tourists to be in town. We suggest making travel/lodging plans well in advance to help alleviate travel stress.
Guests staying at the Wyndham Newport Hotel will take the short walk down to the front lawn for the ceremony by 4:45 pm. At the end of the night, shuttles will be available to bring you back to the Hampton Inn at 11:00 pm and 11:30 pm. More information will be available in your hotel rooms.
