FAQs

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

In addition to the Fairfield Inn (listed on the Travel tab), we will be reaching out to guests with other lodging accommodations (e.g., The Prospect, The Buttonball Inn, Gedney Farm, and The Old Inn on the Green). If you have any questions about your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Question

What should I pack for Camp Yemc?

Answer

Camp Yemc, AKA The Prospect, will be our weekend homebase. All guests at ALL lodging options are welcome to enjoy the campground throughout the weekend. Amenities include: pool, sauna houses, tennis + pickleball courts, lake access, paddleboarding, and sailing. Please pack swimwear and athleisure to make the most of the Camp Yemc experience!

Question

What should I plan on wearing?

Answer

Friday night attire theme is Fall Festive. Saturday night attire is Formal. Please see 'Schedule tab' for details on each event. The Berkshires are tucked away in the Appalachian Mountains and can see significant drops in temperature after sundown. We recommend you pack cozy clothing for the evenings.

Question

How do I get around in the Berkshires?

Answer

Our #1 recommendation is a car rental (or driving your own vehicle) if local exploration is on your weekend itinerary. Ride share is not available in this corner of the world. Transportation to and from Saturday's Ceremony & Reception will be provided for guests staying at The Prospect, The Buttonball Inn, and The Fairfield Inn. Transportation will not be provided for Friday's Welcome Party and Sunday's Brunch. Please plan accordingly! For our guests flying in: please plan your individual transportation to/from the airport.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! All lodging options (The Prospect, The ButtonBall Inn, The Fairfield Inn, Gedney Farm, The Old Inn on the Green) offer ample parking spots for guests.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation, which will list who is invited.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception will be an adults-only event. Please refer to your invitation, which will list who is invited.
