FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for the night to feel formal and classic. A dark suit and tie is more than appropriate, and guests are welcome to dress up as much as they like, but tuxes are not expected. Women can wear floor length gowns or polished midis, and we kindly ask that guests avoid white, ivory, or similar shades. Think elegant and put together for a special night out.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We truly love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only. If your children are named on your invitation, we would be delighted to have them join us. Otherwise, we hope you enjoy a well-earned evening to yourselves.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be included. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but space is limited and we want to keep the day intimate.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly invite guests to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before our 5:30 PM ceremony. This allows time to park, be seated, and settle in before the celebration begins.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Downtown Nashville. 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple paid garages and lots near the venue, and rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) are also readily available downtown.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The Country Music Hall of Fame is fully ADA accessible, with elevators, ramps, and accessible restrooms throughout the space. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know; we’ll be happy to help make arrangements.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

You can find our hotel block details and booking links under the Travel tab. We hope it makes planning your stay a little easier.
