While attending the University of Delaware, Tommy and Haley first met during the first semester of 2014. Although they remained friends throughout their four years and had similar social circles, both being student-athletes, they did not start their courtship until a year after graduating. Tommy and Haley crossed paths at a local bar in DC for the first time since seeing each other at college. It was as time never stopped for these two. They regained the spark they had years ago once again. After a few months of "coincidentally" running into each other in DC, Tommy made it official on March 24th, 2019. Tommy and Haley have been inseparable ever since. After about 2 years of dating, Tommy proposed to Haley on May 14th, 2021. Tommy popped the question in Ocean City, MD, at their favorite sunset spot and arranged a surprise weekend full of festivities with friends and family. It was a weekend they will hold close to their hearts forever.
