Join us on Thursday evening at 7pm to kick start our wedding celebrations. Starting at 7pm, we invite all guests to join us for a drinks reception to get the celebrations well and truly underway. This will be followed by a BBQ which will be served on the terrace and enjoyed indoors. Please note that all food during this time is covered, and there will be an open bar for the duration of the BBQ party (7pm - 10pm) , to include Red Wine, White Wine, Prosecco, Beer & Soft Drinks. If you have any dietary requirements, please do let us know.

Hair & Makeup Services
8:30 am - 2:00 pm
We can arrange for hair and makeup artists to come to the venue on the morning of the wedding. Once we have a final number we can arrange time slots and let you know. Blowdry - € 25 Upstyle - € 40 Makeup - € 30 Please click 'Will Attend' if you require either, or all of these services and we will contact you directly to arrange.
The Main Event

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 3 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive on time. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, or alternatively inside the theatre. Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for an aperitif and appetizers reception on the terrace next to the Masello, followed by dinner indoors. After dinner and the cake cutting, the celebration continues with our after-dinner party in the Theatre at Borgo di Tragliata—going strong until 3 AM for those who want to keep the party alive! Music by Karl Ledwith and DJ Bob. An open bar will be available from after the ceremony until the beginning of the after-dinner party, serving Red Wine, White Wine, Prosecco, Aperol & Limoncello Spritz, Beer, and Soft Drinks.

Day 2 Pizza Party

Wrap up our wedding weekend with a Farewell Pizza Party on Saturday evening. At 6.30pm, we invite all guests to join us for the final day of celebrations with a drinks reception, followed by a Pizza Party. Music by Ben Kettyles. All food during this time is fully covered, and an open bar will be available from (6.30 - 9.30), serving Red Wine, White Wine, Prosecco, Beer, and Soft Drinks.
