Question

Do guests need to book their hotel and flight through the website?

Answer

No, if you'd rather book your flight separately, please do so. While we would prefer everyone to at least book their hotel through the website on the "Travel" page to get the group discount and so that our guests can have rooms somewhat near each other, you are welcome to book your stay through whatever platform you prefer.

Can I wait to get transportation to the resort once I arrive in Cabo?

Answer

No. Please make sure you book your transportation ahead of time, either with Jesus from Cabo Travel Solutions or when you book your flight. Do not talk to any companies advertising transportation inside of the airport.

Question

Since the resort is all inclusive, what additional expenses should I be prepared for during my stay?

Answer

You will not have to pay for anything once you arrive. :) That said, you'll probably want to bring an appropriate amount of cash for tips (servers at the pool, transportation, etc.) or other activities you may want to participate in. Excursions can also be paid for through a credit card.

Question

Do guests need to make reservations to dine at any of the resort's restaurants?

Answer

LaFrida Restaurant ($30/person) is the only restaurant onsite that requires a reservation. There are, however, two additional upscale restaurants that guests also have access to and require reservations, as well. These are the Quivira Steakhouse ($35/person) located at the Golf Club and Fellini's ($20/person) located at Pueblo Bonito Rosé. If you wish to dine at any of these restaurants, please plan accordingly.

Question

What happens if I book my stay, but the situation with Covid causes me to cancel?

Answer

All cancellations through the resort are fully refundable as long as they occur 21 days before your arrival.

Question

If the requirement for a negative Covid-19 test still applies in order for re-entry into the U.S., where would I obtain this test?

Answer

You should have received a Pre-Check In email from the resort with a link to schedule your Covid test in advance of your arrival. You can also schedule your test upon your arrival to the resort. Please remember that you must present a negative test within 3 days of your arrival back in to the U.S.
