WHAT TIME DOES IT START?

Answer

Doors open at 4:30 pm, the ceremony begins promptly at 5 pm.

Question

DO I NEED TO TRAVEL FROM CEREMONY TO RECEPTION?

Answer

No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Down Town Club.

Question

WHAT IS BLACK TIE OPTIONAL?

Answer

Tuxedo or dark suits for men. Formal, long dresses for women. Colors are also encouraged. Enjoy getting dressed up with the bride and groom for the evening! Please no whites or creams. Please reach out to Courtney if you have any questions about attire.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at either of the two preferred hotels, we have arranged a trolley to bring you from the hotel to the ceremony location. More details to come on pick up schedule.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Answer

Please let your dedicated table server know when you are putting in your dinner order and we can accommodate day-of based on your specific needs.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY HOTEL?

Answer

We would recommend booking at one of our two hotel blocks as soon as possible so that you are guaranteed the discounted rate. If you do not wish to stay at either hotel, there are an abundance of hotels in the city. Please reach out if you need any other recommendations.
