We met during the University of Kentucky Wildcat Marching Band Camp in 2016. The first time we ever talked, Tommy told Amelia that he was moving to Washington, DC and that he went to the same high school as Hillary Clinton; Amelia was impressed. We only talked a few more times that semester, usually Amelia schooling Tommy on her UK Basketball knowledge. Fast forward to the 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida, where they took care of their drunk friends and chatted on the beach. A couple days later, Amelia tweeted something random about DC and Tommy responded & "Real talk, If you're ever in Washington DC, let me know,” and the rest is history.
