Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or sports coat. Remember: It will be cold in January!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

You bet your fine bottom dollar it will be indoors!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head back to hotels where there will be a shuttle service to the cocktail hour. Refer to the Travel section to note the transportation dismissals and arrivals. There will be finger food snacks and beverages during cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Please note- it will be about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the ceremony location from the St. Peter Hotels.

Street parking is available around the whole perimeter of the 400 block of Minnesota Avenue. 20 spots are also available on the adjacent 500 block of Minnesota Avenue (across Mulberry Street) in the Nicollet County Government building lot, after 5 pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. 80 spots are available on Front Street (kiddie corner from our building). Overnight parking is permitted in city lots and is enforced by public safety to allow parking for no more than 24 hours at a time unless otherwise specified by posted signs. Overnight parking on the street is permitted
