This is where the wedding party will be staying! It’s just about a 5-minute drive from our venue, so it’s the most convenient option for the weekend. We’d love for everyone to stay here if you can! This newly renovated oceanfront hotel features spacious suites and delicious on-site dining. It’s located right next to the beautiful Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club and is about 15 minutes from our venue. While it may be a bit more of a splurge, it’s truly a gorgeous option!

The Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront is a beautiful, newer oceanfront hotel located right across from the iconic Historic Cavalier Hotel and Beach Club. With restaurants, a spa, beach access, and walkability to the boardwalk, it has so much to offer! It’s about a 15-minute, easy drive to our venue. While it can be a bit of a splurge, it’s an amazing option.

Holiday Inn & Suites Virginia Beach - North Beach by IHG

A great hotel about 15 minutes from our venue, featuring (in our opinion!) the best Italian restaurant right on the top floor. A wonderful choice if you enjoy staying at Holiday Inn properties.

Calling all Hilton Honors members! We’ve included a nearby Hilton option about 17 minutes from our venue. There are a few Hilton hotels on the oceanfront, this is the closest, but you can also check out the Hilton on 31st Street or the Hilton Garden Inn on 33rd Street if that’s more your vibe!

Right on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, this hotel offers great rates and complimentary breakfast. It’s about a 17-minute drive from our venue and a great convenient option for your stay!

This newer hotel is a great option featuring a cute on-site breakfast spot and excellent rates. It’s in a great location for exploring the Boardwalk and is about 25 minutes from our venue.

If you’d prefer to stay slightly outside the oceanfront, this hotel in Virginia Beach’s Towne Center is a great option! Surrounded by restaurants and shops, it offers a lively atmosphere and is typically more affordable. It’s about a 15–20 minute drive to our venue!

Coastal Accommodations

This vacation rental company in Virginia Beach offers a wide selection of home rentals. Most are located near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort area and are approximately 20–25 minutes from our venue. If you’re interested, feel free to contact Sheppard Atkinson at sheppard@coastalaccomodations.com. We suggest looking for homes near Shore Drive or the North End for the most convenient stay.

Airbnb

You’re absolutely welcome to look at Airbnb options too! For the most convenient stay, I’d recommend searching in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Shore Drive or Chic’s Beach, or North End areas (that’s what I entered in the link). These will be the closest to our venue. I’d try to avoid Sandbridge if you can, since it’s about a 35-minute drive, but it’s still a great option if you don’t mind being a little farther out!

Travel Note

If you are driving...

If you’re driving from Maryland or D.C., we recommend allowing extra travel time, as traffic can get heavy during rush hour. (That lovely I-95...) The Hampton Roads Bridge–Tunnel is especially prone to backups around 4–5 PM. For a more scenic alternative, consider taking the Eastern Shore route. Rather than I-95 through D.C., you can head toward Salisbury and continue down through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge–Tunnel. It’s a beautiful drive and can sometimes be a less stressful option!

Flight

If you are flying...

We recommend flying into Norfolk International Airport (ORF)! The airport is about a 20 minute drive from our venue and recommended hotels. Ubers and taxis are readily available.
