Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 12th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by August 12th, then it will be assumed you are not attending. Due to venue requirements, meal and seating accommodations will only be provided to those who respond within RSVP deadline.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00pm-4:20pm to allow time to find a seat. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please see transportation information if you are boarding the shuttle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is Cocktail Attire, no jeans or sneakers please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue capacity, we ask that you only bring who the bride & groom specify on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style dinner in hopes there is something for everyone. That being said, please let us know on your RSVP if there are any allergies we should be aware of!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at Glistening Pond.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus provided for $20 per person, round trip. The bus will depart from Keyser Oak Plaza at 3:30pm, and leave the venue at 10:15pm to bring guests back to their cars. You can park at the plaza if you wish to take the bus. If you are interested in taking the bus, please see below for payment information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue capacity, children are not invited unless specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

How do I pay for the shuttle transportation?

Answer
