YES! We've been together for almost 2 decades, and have decided to finally formally declare our bond and love for each other. It's been quite a journey, and far from conventional, but our love success story has withstood the test of time!

We met through work: Tommie was in Houston, and Don was in Seattle. After a long-distance relationship for many years, Tommie and Alyssa moved to Seattle in 2014. Don flew down and we all drove from Houston on up to Seattle. It was quite a trip!

We went for a concert at Chateau St. Michelle in Woodinville. Prior to the concert we had a private room for dinner and wine tasting. The sommelier pretended that the bottom drawer next to where Tommie was sitting was stuck, and Don got down on one knee to "help pull the drawer open". The ring box was in the drawer, so it was a quick spin move and he was in position!
