Directions:

Put 819 Brint Rd, Port Bolivar, TX 77650 into your GPS. It will take you to the main street that the manor is on. Drive to the very end of the street & on the right-hand side, there will be a white house to park in front of. 

Directions from Houston w/o ferry (avoiding the ferry takes an extra 7 minutes)

Take I-10 east toward Beaumont. Travel 53 miles, then take exit 823 towards Winne (SH 124 South). Travel 18 miles and turn left on Oneal Rd. Travel 1/4 of a mile, and take your first right onto Brint Rd. Follow directions above from there. 

Direction from Houston with ferry

Take 45 South towards Galveston. Travel 38 miles and take exit 1C. Turn left on Harborside Dr. Turn left onto SH-87 N. Take the Galveston Ferry. Continue on SH-87 for 9 miles. Turn right on Oneal Rd. Trave 1/4 of a mile and take the first right onto Brint Rd. Follow directions above from there.
