What’s the dress code?

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but a dark suit or cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the beautiful San Antonio Botanical Garden. The reception will be held indoors immediately after. A light jacket or wrap is recommended in case of a breeze.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available on-site at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. No shuttle needed.

How far is the venue from the River Walk and the airport?

Answer

The venue is about 4 miles from the River Walk and 5 miles from San Antonio International Airport (SAT). It’s an easy drive or ride-share from both!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in.
