I actually don’t remember the first time Tomeca and I officially met—lol. To be honest, Tomeca and Kiara were probably my first real battle buddies that I could truly count on. Tomeca quickly transitioned from battle buddy status to a lifelong friend. Now that I’m reflecting on the past seven years, I’m so thankful that God placed me in the right unit at the right time. Because of that, I’ve formed long-lasting relationships with some amazing women. I am truly honored to be the Matron of Honor. Positive Affirmation: Marriage is a journey, not a destination.
