Tomas and I have actually known one another for most of our lives. When Tara and I became best friends when we were 15 years old, we had no way of knowing this would lead to the most wonderful love he and I would ever know. Even though we grew up around one another for almost 18 years, it wasn't until August 2023, while helping to create what we hoped would be the most perfect day for Tara and Kevin's wedding, did we truly start to see a future together. I believe God knew we would bring each other closer to Him... many prayers were answered the night Tomas asked me to marry him in what I now know to be the best proposal ever.
