No! Aruba does not have Uber or Lyft (or any other rideshare service). Taxis are readily available throughout the island. Taxis in Aruba do not have meters since rates are based on destination rather than mileage, and are set by the Aruba Department of Public Traffic. All prices are per taxi not per person. (maximum five passengers allowed). If you plan on exploring the island or trying restaurants in the evening, renting a car is the best suggestion. Parking is readily available and driving around the island is simple.
