During a trip to Finland to see the Northern lights, Tom surprised Vicky with the wedding proposal. They have been planning this trip a couple of months before, and Vicky had no idea that this was not going to be 'just another holiday'. On the second day as it was snowing Tom suggested going for a walk to a natural reserve nearby to take a few pictures. They got to a frozen lake and whilst Vicky was contemplating it, Tom went on one knee. Vicky turned around and after a few minutes where she could not stop talking, Tom finally asked her: "Will you marry me?", to what Vicky said 'YES!" straight away and got engaged.
