Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress in your best semi-formal/cocktail attire! Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (in hopes that it doesn't rain).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would like to keep our day as intimate as possible with the people we know and love the most, so our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should schedule time to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the ceremony. If you've arrived after the ceremony commences, please quietly slip into the back row or wait for the coordinator to guide you to a seat.

Are our kids allowed to attend?

Answer

To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we've elected to make our wedding a child-free event (only 16 and older).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. We will also have a shuttle to and from the hotel so for those of you staying the night, you can leave your cars at the Wingate Hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day. We have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP online, there will be a question about any dietary restrictions.
