Natalie and I met on Facebook dating app back in April of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. It wasn't exactly a romantic first date, since all the restaurants and coffee shops were closed. We were going to hang outside a coffee shop but since there were no parking spots we ended up in a Walgreens parking lot on the east side. We sat in her car drinking coffee and really enjoyed our conversations and felt very comfortable together. On our second date we had a picnic and she brought my favorite soda I had talked about on the first date and I made her some home made cheese cake. We held hands along the boardwalk and kissed for the first time and couldn't stop smiling! On our third date we went to the Arboretum and walked around for hours and talked. On the way home she impressed me even more when she was able to drive my Honda Civic (Manual Transmission) all the way back to her house. On our forth date we went for a bike ride around downtown and bought some beef and potato cornish pasties at Teddy Wedges while sitting by the capital. I asked her to be my girlfriend at the end of the date. I had to get this girl off the market!
