Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both are at Mountain Soul Vineyard & Winery. Upon arrival, guests will proceed to the upper vineyard for the ceremony. Access to the ceremony site is via a single-lane vineyard access road; AWD is required. Cocktail hour and reception will take place at the main winery grounds.

How will I get to the ceremony site if I don’t have an AWD vehicle or carpool option?

Answer

There will be a one-time shuttle that will depart the vineyard at 2:40 PM sharp for guests who require transportation due to lack of AWD or carpool access. Please note this in the “Other” field when you RSVP.

Question

Is there cell service at the venue?

Answer

Wi-Fi and cell service are available at the main vineyard/reception area only. There is no cell service at the ceremony site, please plan accordingly.

Once at the ceremony site, can I drive back down before the ceremony starts?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons, vehicles must remain at the ceremony site until after the ceremony, as there is no cell service and the road allows one-way traffic only. Day-of coordinators will have radio communication if assistance is needed.

Is the bar cash only?

Answer

Yes. Drink tickets are $2 each (No ATM on premisis)

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes. Overnight parking is allowed; however, all vehicles must be picked up by 12:00 PM the following day, per venue policy.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is arranged and available at both the winery grounds and the ceremony site. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
